Two decades of perfect service. I've use Delux Dry Cleaners since Mr Khan (the last owner in this family run business) cleaned my silk ties delicately in the noughties. Since about the turn of the millennium, I've been using Delux as my only dry cleaner & have never had a single mishap, disappointment or even a crease out of place. Anything I needed was always possible from them - alterations, curtains, paint covered jeans, etc etc. Brilliant - can't rate high enough - always satisfied & ever grateful. Thanks Delux - very happy with your Brilliant skills.

Explained what the problem was, happily took my money and then failed to solve the problem, knowing all the while he could not fix the issue. No apology, nothing. To top it off they took my nice wooden hanger and gave me a cheap wire one, had to go back and get it. Wasted my time and wasted my money. Unpleasant and unprofessional.

The most terrible dry cleaning in London. Please do not wear anything to clean this place. If you leave your clothes for laundry, it will be destroyed by negliters. My jacket was worth £ 85 and was destroyed by the sparse staff of this dry cleaning. please do not wear your clothes here!

Awful. Ruined my clothes. Shirts were starched so heavily the could stand up by themselves. Oxford weaves shouldn't have been starched anyway. They also ironed the crease out of all my trousers so now they all look ridiculous. Avoid at all costs.

Very expensive for clothing alterations.. they charged me 15£ for a simple thing! Absolute rip off. Please avoid.
